The contest was conducted on the PMars88 simulator, revision 3, as a
round robin with 100 battles per pairing (2800 battles total).  It took
only 28 minutes on a 486/50!  The three top contenders all get a year's
free ICWS membership, plus Anders gets a US$15 check and Paul gets a
whopping US$35!

posted soon.
